HW/Reminder

Homeroom:

** UPDATE: I am working through "blog-issues" ... I added so much to the blog yesterday and it all was lost.  Below are my HR notes and HW will update later in the day.  I apologize for the inconvenience.  I fear this has been happening for a while, but I am working on it. 

Thank you for your patience.  Please let me know if you see this happening so that I can address it. I respond to emails and can give you information if needed. 

After talking to the students, it was 1/2 that saw the updates and 1/2 that did not.

• COOP is complete and tests have been mailed. The students did great ... I am so proud of them.  Thank you to everyone for your cooperation during these past busy weeks ... both personally and professionally.  God Bless you!
• Yearbook Meeting Cancelled for today.  The next meeting is Tuesday, November 27th.  Mrs. Esterly asks that students work with their parents to collect STS/Class related photos from past years and pictures for your personal page. 
• Next fundraiser is our bake sale. Christine Nowel is chairing this event ... please look for information regarding this. To make this a success, we need all your help!  Thank you in advance!
• HSA Meeting this Thursday.  If your 8th grader can babysit, please send in a note.  it is from 6:45-8:00 (or end of meeting). **Service hours for babysitting**
• 1/2 days all next week (NO AFTERCARE ON WEDNESDAY).  8th will have their bake sale and provide babysitting during conferences.  If your 8th grader can help, please send in a note.  ** Service Hours for babysitting **
• Class fundraiser ALERT- "Parent's Night Out". December 7, 2018. We plan to offer a fun night for STS students while their parents go out.  If you would like to coordinate this event, please let me know.  Need help planning activities, making flyers. If you would like to coordinate this event, please let me know.  We are considering a dance party (maybe a guest sibling can help), snacks/dinner, crafts, movie, slime making, ... however, we are open to ideas.  

Science:

• 3D printing project, complete design (Top)

• 7th Grade:  
• Chapter 2, Lesson 4 Review 4-7, 11 - Quiz for Lesson 3 & 4 Friday
• 3D printing project, complete design (Block/Braille) Printing has begun :-)
• 6th Grade:  
• Bonus/Extra Credit Question on Google Classroom
• Will begin their first 3D printing project ... exciting week ahead!
